Review Of ‘VoxFlair’

Voxflair by Omar Martin and J.I.Starr is like having a voice-over artist a web editor in your PC.

What you get here is complete training on how to put audio and video together in a way which professional voice-overs “Enhance” your marketing videos – from a library of over 500 marketing related clips, match your video with an appropriate audio loop and then edit them together, stick it on your website or sales page or wherever you need to increase conversions!

All with no giant cash investment of hiring professional voice talent and securing non licensed music and searching for the way to put it all together and upload it to your website. They are giving away 35 introductory flairs for signing up for their prelaunch in February of 2010 at http://cli.gs/VqrsXW – these universal flairs are specifically designed to work with any product.

It truly facilitates the entire process of “pre-production” by taking you step by step through the procedures via screencapture and videos. The product also includes very important content on how to record for yourself and making sure that you know all the basic steps required before opening the microphone or turning on the video camera. This is all presented in multiple videos that really detail ‘Each Step’ so that you never get that common “OK now I’m really lost, I’ll probably try again later” feeling that is common with other ‘How-to’ programs when they EXPECT you to know a certain amount first!

The training is done by both Omar Martin and J.I.Starr and includes both detailed videos and screen capture. Not only that, but this product is backed by Mike Filsaime, so you know it means quality! Voxflair is an innovative product that I believe can and will be used by a variety of people, not just those who are already ‘Earning Loads’ online. Some of which include marketers that for various reasons do not want to voice their own audio or do not want to be in front of a camera. Let’s face it, some people just don’t want to be on film.
Or maybe you’re fine being on camera, but you want the impact of a professional voice over artist to introduce your video! Maybe you have a thick accent?

You can grab this product and produce a clean clear professional sounding clip in a matter of minutes, and you do not have to be the most technically inclined to grab, cut, paste and  upload.  In all honesty, this one gets 5 Gold Bars from me and I hope it’s still free when you read this so you can run over and grab a copy of the free flairs to see what all the fuss is about right here http://cli.gs/VqrsXW . Go get some flair for yourself!

I highly recommend VoxFlair

Stock.XCHNG – Now Better?

Stock.XCHNG is under new management!
Getty Images has taken over this ‘Great Free Photo’ site

They are committed to making all the files in the SXC collection safe and reliable and the technology team behind iStockphoto, the world’s number one microstock site, will keep SXC fast, stable and secure. In fact, they’ve upgraded much of the hardware recently, and done a full security audit.

Here’s some of stats for the site:

  • 394569 photos online
  • 1788 pending
  • 37 added today

More than 30.000 photographers are adding photos regularly to the site.

Need a wallpaper for your desktop or illustration for your blog? Need a pic for your commercial website design? Looking for inspiration? All Free of charge!

SXC is a helpful, friendly community of photography addicts who generously offer their works to those who need them free of charge. If you have some nice photos that you’d like to share with others, it cost nothing to join today! It not only feels great to share, you will also get a huge exposure for your work, and you may just get some work if that is what you’re looking for.

I have been a member since 2005 and every time I need a graphic – this is where I head to first, I have also saved the RSS feed to my feed reader and see what new images are added daily.

So, if you need to find some useful photos/images for a project and you are on a budget or just need to find something fast, you could do it on Stock.XCHNG, my favorite image repository.

Whether SXC will become better from the merger with Getty Images is probably a given, because of the huge clout that Getty possess, I have mentioned some of the initial changes and they look as if they are starting to add more options soon, so as long as they don’t want to make people pay for access or something unheard of like that, I will commit to a resolute Yes!

Find out for yourself, you’ll see.

New Downloads Added to Santa’s Gift Page

I have been busy adding more Free Downloads to the Santa’s Gift Page.
There are now three ebooks and an Alvin and the Chipmunks video, plus I also put a game on there from 7thDwarf Games that is easy for kids to play here and to download and play too.

I will be adding more gifts to this page all the way up to Christmas and probably into the New Year also. As always, please let your friends know about this website so that they can treat their children without having to pay through the nose!

Get The Free Letter from Santa

You can now get the FREE Letter from Santa from the new updated website. We have been making several changes to the letter which we started last Christmas. The website has been being tested and tested and then tested again to make sure that all possible problems have been addressed.

This year we have totally changed the look of the Letters themselves, they have much better backgrounds and print better without the actual “print button” being printed, I never liked that! But now, we have had some proper coding done so they are totally revamped.

Not only that, we have also changed how each letter gets personalized. As you might be aware if you used this service last year, each letter had exactly the same writing in them so they were essentially the same letter except for the personalization element. Now, each letter from Santa gets it’s own individual style and looks more personal.

We have added a Santa Claus gift page to this blog this year and you can find some cool ebooks to download for the kids at Christmas. There is also a live link to Santa on there too, You can let your child listen to and even give Santa a call to let him know what you want for Christmas this year! Look for the link called Blog Talk Radio.

We will be adding more to this page as the countdown to Christmas continues. We are on the lookout for Quality Gifts to add to this page, so if you know where there are some that would be a good addition please let us know at santa[at]7thdwarf.co.uk, we will be delighted to have a look and consider all quality ideas for our Santa Claus Gift Page.

Please let others know that they can give their children a special memory to treasure, before their kids are too old to enjoy this Letter from Santa!

Santa Claus will be back this year!

Right now, I am getting the final script and page changes done for the FREE SANTA LETTER again this year
I am trying to find out why it works in Internet Explorer and Chrome, but not in Firefox!! ugh!!

I’ll keep on with the testing and updating for the next month or so to make sure I can get it to work
on most browsers, probably something really simple that I’m overlooking.

I know that this Free Santa Letter website will be more popular this year than last, because the amount
of people out of work this year has skyrocketed and hopefully will find it useful.

I have a couple of surprises to add to it this year too, so look out for those around the end of this month!
Hey, is that the sound of jingle bells I can hear?

Animated 404 Pages

You can now add a new twist to your 404 pages – they are called 404Toons and they are Free!

What is a 404 page? What, you mean you never typed an address in the browser and got it wrong?
Well, a 404 page is the page that shows up when someone goes to a page that’s not actually there, whether or not it was at one time. If it’s not there or you spelled it wrong or maybe the dog ate it, whatever happened and your browser cannot locate it in the map of the site, you will be shown the 404 Page like this:

Not Found

The requested URL /Dog-Ate-It.htm was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.9 Server at www.7thdwarf.co.uk Port 80

Now that looks like it could be helpful to your website visitor – NOT!

Enter 404Toon.com, they are sets of cool little animations that will help your 404 pages look a bit more “User Friendly” by letting you download as many animations as you like for your pages, they all have a little speech that they tell visitors when one gets there by, uh-accident!

This is my favorite at the moment:

alien1

They also make more animated characters at http://www.spokestoon.com/ where you can choose to use your own script to make your character say what you like when the visitor views your website page, not just your 404 page.

Yes, you will have to pay for this service, but it is very reasonable and for such a great addition to your blog/website, etc… well worth it.

I suggest downloading all the 404Toons now and then rotate them every now and then or use different ones on different sites. Serious Fun Man!
